General conditions
- The prices are in €uro, per person per day, for the stated number of people and a minimum stay of 7 days;
- Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and lounges;
- On agreement we can accept small pets;
The price includes:
- Overnight stay include a rich buffet breakfast based on local products
- Weekly bed linen and towel change;
- electricity and taxes, except for the local tax;
- parking space;
- free WI-FI connection;
Additional charges
- The prices does not include the local tourist tax in the amount to 1,90 € per per person per day for guests aged 14 and over. The tax is charged separately on-site;
- Crib: 15,00 – 25,00 €/day;
- Ski bus service, if required (bus stop is at 50 m):
- 7 days: 6,00 €;
- 3 days: 4,00 €;
- 1 day: 2,50 €;
- Short stays:
- 3 days: + 15%
- 2 days: + 20%
- 1 day: + 20%
Arrivals and departures
- The rooms are available from 1.00 PM of the arrival day to 9.30 AM of the departure day.
Reservation and deposit:
- Reservations are only binding after we have received the required deposit and your receiving of our written confirmation;
- The deposit has to be sent within1 - 3 days after the reservation day, and can be sent with credit card (http://www.ciasaroch.com/creditcard) or bank transfer.

Payment procedure
- The hotel balance can be paid by cash, credit, card or non transferable cheque;
- Since December 6, 2011, Italian law 201/2011 states it is no longer permitted to pay amounts exceeding 1.000,00 Euro in cash. Such limit cannot be trespassed in case of short pay either, if the total amount to be paid (deposit and final payment) is above the mentioned limit. However, the following payment methods are allowed for amounts of 1.000,00 Euro and higher: debit cards, credit cards, non-transferable cheques, and bank transfers.
Cancellation conditions (art. 1382 and 1341 of the Italian Civil Code):

Reservation:
For a firm booking a deposit is required, guaranteeing your reservation; however, this is not to be considered an advance payment. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed.If the deposit in not received prior to the date mentioned hereinabove, we have to cancel the reservation.
